Baked Chicken and Honey Corn

This week was another cooking club success! Our new member from last week even joined us again and we had a nice fun little group assembled as always. It's always great to have new member join and continue coming. It's like having a family and watching it grow.

This time we made baked chicken nuggets and honeybuttered corn on the cob with a complimentary salad full of fruits and nuts as well as spinach and lettuce. The corn tasted just like it does when I order it at a southern restaurant back home in the states--tender, sweet, and buttery. We even made a honeymustard dipping sauce from scratch for the chicken nuggets.

For dessert we made a rocky road--a bar dessert comprised of chocolate, marshmellows, and cookies all solidified together. It's a childish and simple dessert, but it's those very qualities that make it so delicious--aside from the fact the WE made it haha
Everything we make is always so tasty and the company is always exciting and upbuilding. I'm so blessed to have such a sweet international cooking club!
