1. I obey the rules on the contract and the guidance for the stay.
2. I actively involve in making a good community in Oak House.
3. I withdraw from the Club when Oak House decided I am not suitable for a member for not following above rules or any other reasons.
1. During your stay there is a Cash Back. However to receive this Cash Back the payment (rent etc.) has to be paid by 27th of the month during your stay (if 27th is a weekend or a national holiday it has to be paid by the day before).
When payment is not paid by the 27th you cannot receive cash back for that month. Please pay the regular amount.
2. By paying in advance for several months you can get discount!
Once you have paid for several months the money will not be returned even if you wish to cancel your stay
3. There are newly opened house which Oak House Club members can book in prior to other guests.
4. Information on parties and other events is available in prior to other guests.
Oak House Club membership is valid for 2 years. Even if you once leave Oak House residence for various reason, you can continue from your last staying period.
* Cash Back is given when you leave the house, by bank transfer or at Ikebukuro office. We will have to have you pay for the cost of money transfer.
* If any trouble (terrible mess in the room, delayed notice for your leave, etc.) is found we cannot give the full amount of the Cash Back.
* You cannot have both Cash Back and discount by paying in advance for several months. Please choose one of the two.
