Minami-Urawa has many nice bakeries and cafes, and 3 supermarkets by the east exit of the station. The house is a 30-second walk from a convenience store. From the 6th floor you can see Mt. Fuji, Skytree, and fireworks in the summer!

This social residence has a fitness room and large bath! There are mens days and womens days, and excepting cleaning and exchanging times you can enter any time. If you're still not used to the Japanese bathing style, you can use the shower rooms too.

Q&A with the manager
Q: When can we use each facility?
A: The lounge, gym, and theater room can be used 24 hours a day. The soundproof studio can be used from 10 am to midnight, and we ask that amp levels be low and drums not played after 10 pm. For the large bath, there are different days for men and women, so outside of cleaning time, you can use it whenever you like!
Q: Is there parking for bikes and cars?
A: There is no car parking, but there is free bicycle parking. Motorbike parking is 2000 yen per month.
Q: What kinds of people live here?
A: Men and women is 50/50,and so is the ratio of Japanese to foreigners. There are people in bands, hairstylists, cooks, flower arrangers, students, graphic designers, and researches... and probably many more different kinds of people here, so you'll never get bored finding out about each other! There are lots of people always studying in the lounge and library too. Come enjoy the many cultures and languages that make up this residence!
