Mindful eating

To actually taste and sober food, I would like to introduce one thing.

It’s called “Mindful eating” which is to pay good attention for the food that you are eating.

Eating as mindfully as we do on retreat or in a mindfulness course is not realistic for many of us, especially with families, jobs, and the myriad distractions around us.

Instead of slamming it down. We consciously pay attention to food in your mouth. That advise helped me in my time of need. Because I was researching how to eat and stuff. Everyone hath to eat food to live. Even a wrestler, politician or the Greek hero, Hercules. They were eating to live fully, love openly and make their difference. People tend to take the action, eating for granted nowadays, but it’s actually vitally important act for every single human being. In order to deliver the food, we have to have better sanitary and hygiene condition.

I’m hazy on the details, but I’m sure that that’s definitely worth to go learn for your future. Don’t follow your fear mongering.
