Ice-cold beer or colorful cream sodas to toast with your housemates
Early summer vegetable curry cooked together in the share house kitchen

Take a photo! (Selfies featuring a mix of multinational newcomers and long-term residents, or group photos, are highly welcome!)
Post your photo on the Oakhouse App Feed (Timeline feature) with a comment.
Make sure to include the hashtags: #初夏の味覚 and #Taste of Early Summer.

■ Eligible Participants
Residents living in an Oakhouse property as of June 16, 2026.
Former residents who have already moved out, but were living in an Oakhouse property as of April 16, 2026.
Residents living in apartment-type properties are also more than welcome to participate, not just those in share houses!

Judging Criteria
"Early Summer Vibes": A seasonal feeling that makes people excited for summer just by looking at it.
"Looks Delicious!": Mouth-watering photos that capture freshness and texture.
"Share House Daily Life": Fun dining scenes with housemates or cooking moments in the kitchen. (Solo food photos are also perfectly welcome!)

Consent: Please make sure to get permission from everyone in the photo before posting.
Originality: Submissions must be your own original photos. Photos that infringe on copyright will be disqualified.

Appropriateness: Posts deemed inappropriate may be excluded from the contest.
Media Usage: Photos and usernames submitted for this campaign may be featured on the Oakhouse website, social media, or newsletters. By entering, you agree to these terms.

PAO Exceptions: For residents living in properties where PAO points cannot be used, a direct discount will be applied to your rent. Properties not directly managed by Oakhouse (such as brokered properties) are excluded.

Q. Can I use filters on my photos?
A. Yes, using filters or editing your photos is perfectly fine. However, excessive processing or edits that take away from the natural atmosphere and fun of the meal may disqualify the photo.

Q. Can I post multiple times?
A. Yes, multiple entries are welcome! However, please note that prizes are limited to one per person.

Q. Am I limited to only one photo per post?
A. No, you can upload multiple photos in a single post. However, prizes are still limited to one per person.
