To help you enjoy the local art scene even more, we’d love to invite you for free to the upcoming art festival in Koganecho, Kanagawa!
The tickets normally cost between ¥1,000 and ¥2,000, but they will be completely free for the first 20 applicants.

・Oakhouse Residents
*Please note: You will need to pay for the ticket upfront. After attending, you will receive points equivalent to the ticket price. Therefore, residents who are planning to move out and will not have future rent to discount using points are not eligible for this campaign.

Koganecho: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Closed on Thursdays)
Kamiooka: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Open daily / Free admission)
Venues: Studios under the railways between "Hinodecho" and "Koganecho" stations (Keikyu Line), surrounding studios, local shops, Keikyu Department Store, and Wing Kamiooka.

■How to Apply
Step 1: Fill out the required information on the Google Form.
*Free admission is limited to the first 20 people. Once all 20 spots are filled, the form will close.

Step 2: Purchase your ticket in advance via Peatix.
If you cannot purchase via Peatix, please pay in cash at the venue on the day of the event.
If paying on-site, please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Step 4: Points that can be used for rent discounts will be issued between mid to late October.
*For residents living in properties where points cannot be used, a direct discount will be applied to your rent instead.
*Residents moving out before points can be applied to rent are not eligible.
