We’re planning a wide variety of content, including external vendors, OAKHOUSE resident creators selling their products, art exhibitions and sales, art workshops, and live performances!

More than just a shopping event, Oak Marche aims to create a space where creators and visitors can connect and interact through art, products, and performances.

Whether you’re coming with friends or on your own, everyone is welcome!
Discover unique products and artwork, enjoy live performances, and make new connections and discoveries throughout the event!

*Food and drinks are available in limited quantities, so you are welcome to bring your own.
*Who can attend: Everyone is welcome!
*You do not need to currently live at OAKHOUSE to attend. OAKHOUSE app registration is required.

【Recruitment】
Food Vendors: Up to 5 groups
Market Vendors: Up to 10 groups *
Art Exhibitors: Up to 15 groups *
Live Performers: Up to 8 groups *
Event Operations Support Members: Up to 15 people

We look forward to your participation and applications!

*No additional remuneration or compensation will be provided for market vendors, art exhibitions and sales, or live performances.
*If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity for any category, participants will be selected by lottery. Lottery results will be announced on November 18.
*Participation is free of charge for all vendors, performers, and support members.
*Compensation will be provided in the form of PAO points or a rent reduction. Please check the respective application form for details regarding compensation.
*Each category has a limited number of spots available.
*Some details of the recruitment and event content may be subject to change.

Explore, purchase, and experience artwork from creators working across a variety of genres!
You can also enjoy hands-on art workshops at our art experience booths.

③ Live Performances
Enjoy live performances that will bring the event to life!
Experience music, dance, and other performances that you can only enjoy at the venue.

④ Socializing & Networking
A wide variety of people will come together, including vendors, creators, and OAKHOUSE residents.

Enjoy meeting new people and connecting with others through shopping, art, and performances.

13:00 — Doors Open / Event Starts
14:00 – 16:00 — Live Performances
16:00 – 17:00 — After Party
17:00 — Event Ends / Cleanup Begins
18:00 PM — Venue Fully Cleared
