Aries Toshima FC
Based in Toshima Ward, this amateur club has a 55-year history, originally founded by alumni of Rikkyo High School's soccer team. Aries is an active member of the Kanto Soccer League Division 1 and is deeply involved in its local community.

Nankatsu SC
Based in Katsushika Ward, Nankatsu SC is led by Yoichi Takahashi, creator of the world-famous soccer manga Captain Tsubasa and a former Japan national team player. The club has steadily climbed the ranks from the Tokyo local leagues and now competes in the Kanto Soccer League Division 1, with the clear goal of joining the J.League.
