On Saturday, May 9, 2026, we will be holding the OAKHOUSE Sports Festival 2026.
This is a special one-day event where residents from OAKHOUSE share houses across Japan and can come together beyond individual house boundaries.
In addition to enjoying physical activities and refreshing yourself, this event is also a great opportunity to meet new people.
You are welcome to join on your own or together with your housemates.
Let’s enjoy the day together and create great memories.


【Event Overview】

★Time:Sports Festival: 11:00–14:30 (Check-in from 10:00～)/Social Gathering: From 15:00 (tentative)
*The social gathering will be held at a restaurant within walking distance of the venue.
★Venue: Rikugi Park Sports Ground
★Nearest Station: Komagome Station (JR Yamanote Line), approximately 10 minutes on foot

★Eligible Participants: Open to everyone (non-residents are also welcome)
Late February – March 15: Priority registration for current OAKHOUSE residents
From March 16: Priority registration for former OAKHOUSE residents
From April 15: Registration opens to external participants
*Registration will close once capacity is reached.
★Capacity: Up to 100 participants
★Participation Fee:
★Sports Festival only: 1,000 yen or Sports Festival + Social Gathering: 3,000 yen（TBD）
*Advance online payment only. Payment at the venue will not be accepted.
*Cancellations are not allowed after ticket purchase.Tickets may be transferred to a friend. If you wish to transfer a ticket, please contact the organizers by May 8 at 14:00.
*The cost of the social gathering is subsidized by OAKHOUSE, covering half of the regular fee.
★What is included in the participation fee:Two bottles of water, insurance, and other related costs.
★What to Bring and Wear
Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for physical activity, such as sportswear.
Shoes: Comfortable athletic shoes only. Sandals, heels, and spike shoes are not allowed.
Items to bring: Towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, etc.
*Changing rooms are available at the venue.

【Important Notes】
①Photos taken during the event may be used for OAKHOUSE publicity and promotional purposes. Please participate only if you agree to appear in photos.


②In case of rain, the event will be canceled. The decision will be announced by Friday, May 8 at 14:00. If the event is canceled, participation fees will be refunded.


③The organizer provides accident insurance; however, participants are responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while traveling to and from the venue, as well as during the event and within the venue premises.


④Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the venue. If smoking is observed, the organizers may take appropriate action to ensure safety and protect the surrounding environment.


⑤To keep the venue clean, all participants are asked to take their trash home. Please do not leave trash behind.

Your reservation will be confirmed once you purchase a ticket.
Ticket sales are scheduled to begin on Friday, February 27.
