The biggest community event at Oakhouse, the “OAKHOUSE Sports Festival,” is back again this year!

On this special day, residents from all over the world come together, going beyond the boundaries of their own houses.

★Time:Sports Festival: 11:00–14:30 (Check-in from 10:00～)/Social Gathering: From 15:00 (tentative)
*The social gathering will be held at a restaurant within walking distance of the venue.

★ After-Party

An after-party will be held at a nearby restaurant starting at 3:00 PM after the event.

Regular price: ¥4,000
Oakhouse residents & former residents: ¥2,000 (50% covered by Oakhouse)

If you would like to join, please select the after-party ticket option when purchasing your ticket.

★ Important Notes
Tickets must be purchased online in advance (no payment at the venue).
Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
Photos taken during the event may be used on the Oakhouse website and other media. Please join only if you agree to appear in photos.
In case of rain, the event will be canceled. A decision will be announced by 2:00 PM on May 8 (Fri). If canceled, participation fees will be refunded.
Event insurance is included, but it only covers injuries during the event and at the venue. Injuries outside the event time or location are not covered.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the venue. Violators may be asked to leave the event.
Please take your trash home with you.
