Join us for a fun social event and try your hand at making shimenawa (sacred straw ropes) together!

We are pleased to announce a New Year's decoration making & social event to be held at INQBAR Gotanda on Saturday, December 16.
Staff from E.gon, a flower shop in Ogikubo, will come and instruct the class. You will be able to make a beautiful shimenawa (sacred straw rope) perfect for the coming season. There will be a social time for all participants to enjoy together after the morning session and before the afternoon workshop.
Lunch will be provided, so please join us.
Please make reservations as soon as possible, as the number of participants is limited.

10-13:00 2,200 yen (tax included) (3 items will be attached to a 10cm diameter shimenawa)
12-15:00 4,400 yen (tax included) (8 items will be attached to a 15cm diameter shimenawa)
Both include a light meal and drink.

If there are less than two participants, the event will be cancelled.

★12-13:00: Let's have lunch together in the morning and in the afternoon!

The workshop will be made by combining 8 items, named after the number '8', which represents the end of the Japanese syllabary.
(In the morning session, you will make a combination of 3 items, and in the afternoon session, you will make a combination of 8 items.)
