Hello everyone.
We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new "Japanese Culture Experience Club" at OAKHOUSE.
The Japanese Culture Experience Club will hold events about once a month where you can experience various aspects of Japanese culture such as kimono dressing, tea ceremony, and calligraphy.
We look forward to your participation.

This time, as the first event, let's learn "tea ceremony" together!

【Event Summary】
We will have an instructor teach us tea ceremony at a tea ceremony school near Okubo Station.
The instructor speaks English, so even those who are not comfortable with Japanese can participate. Due to the size of the classroom, the class will be small, with only 6 students.
Please apply as soon as possible.
If there are many applicants, we will accept applications in the order in which they are received.

◆Date: Saturday, March 23, 13:00-14:00
◆Location: 6-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station on the JR Yamanote Line, Okubo Station [Shinshinan]
*We will send an email with the location details to participants.
◆Participation fee: 2000 yen (with green tea and tea cakes)
*Cash payment on the day
◆Capacity: 6 people

◆Others
We will take photos of the event and post them on our official website.
Please understand in advance.

◆Rules
・If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late on the day of the event, please call the person in charge.
・If you are going to cancel on the day of the event, please contact us at least one day in advance.
・If you cancel on the day of the event, you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee of 1000 yen.
・You are free to wear any clothes you like. You are free to wear kimono or yukata to the event.
