In December 2023, the first property in the Tokai area, "Appartement Aichi" opened in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture! To commemorate the opening, we are running a campaign to provide free or half-price rent living at Appartement Aichi!

Application Summary:
We are looking for a person who is interested in living in Aichi Prefecture.
One person can live in the newly opened share house "Appartement Aichi" in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture in December 2023 for free for up to 6 months! Also, 9 people can live in the house for up to 6 months at half the regular rent.


Number of winners:
1 winner will receive free rent (rent + Maintenance fee)
9 winners will receive half-price rent (no discount for Maintenance fee)

Original rent 50,000 yen
Discounted rent -25,000 yen
Maintenance fee 22,000 yen

Application Requirements (Required)
・Applicants must be able to live in the apartment for at least 3 months.
・Those who can cooperate in taking pictures for SNS during the period of stay.
・Those who can participate in at least one event during the period.
・Able to follow the house rules

Start date of residence:
March - June 2024

Notes:
・Maximum period of stay: 6 months
・Please note that there is a separate screening process from the campaign application.
・In principle, maintenance fees are required separately. However, the winner of the free rent campaign will also receive Maintenance fee. (If the amount of utilities used exceeds the specified amount, the excess fee will be charged separately.)
・If you wish to rent a futon, you will need to pay separately.
・You cannot choose your own room number.
・No house transfer fee is required from Oak House managed properties.
