Tell me how much extra the utilities will cost if I exceed the amount of utilities.
As stated in Article 6 of the contract, min. will be charged for the excess usage.
Example: If the electricity bill exceeds 150kw/month (approximate daily usage fee 5kw), the excess will be charged.
In the case of single rooms, dormitories, etc., where there is no meter for each individual room, the cost for the entire property will be divided by the number of residents in the period to calculate the min usage for one room. Please cooperate in saving electricity and water, etc.
