What is New Smart Membership?

New Smart Membership is a program where you can get a discount on rent by keeping a deposit with us. Please see here for details.

You can apply to join the program and check your current Membership rank here.

*If you have not moved in yet, if you complete the application process and make the deposit payment by 15:00 the day before you move in (or the previous weekday if it is a weekend or holiday), the discount will apply from your 1st month.

*If you are currently a resident, if you complete the application process and make the deposit payment by 15:00 on the 20th of the month (or the previous weekday if it is a weekend or holiday), the discount will apply from the following month.

*Please note that if the deposit payment is not made by the deadline, or if there is an error in the amount deposited, the discount will not apply from the next month.
