Nearby are the Hodogaya ward offices, and the neighborhood is a quiet one with lots of apartment buildings. Supermarket and Aeon mall just 7 minutes away, and electronics shop and home center shop just a minute away. Convenient for every day life!

Below are questions we get asked a lot when people come see the house.
Is there parking for cars or bikes? How much is it?
There is no car parking, but there is free bicycle parking. Scooters can fit in the parking spot, but larger bikes will need consultation.
What is around the house?
The house is in an area mostly surrounded by apartments. It's quiet at night and easy to live here. There are many streetlights too so you can return home safely.
What kind of people come see the house?
It has great access to Yokohama, so we see a lot of inquiries from people who work there. There are also lots of foreigners here on short-term stays or study abroad programs.
