近年、共食（食卓を共にすること）の文化は、心理的安心感やコミュニティ形成において大きな役割を果たすことが研究からも明らかになっています。

この体験をきっかけに、「誰かが作ってくれた温かい料理を、楽しめる」という体験を定例的に提供することで、入居者間のつながりをより深め、オークハウス生活の満足度向上を目的としています。

In recent years, research has shown that the culture of communal eating (sharing a table together) plays a major role in psychological security and community building.

This experience is intended to provide residents with a regular opportunity to "enjoy a hot meal prepared by someone else," thereby deepening the bonds between residents and increasing their satisfaction with living in Oak House.
