This month, we are holding a photo contest with the theme: #Sharehouse Lunchbox.

Under the cherry blossom trees in your favorite park, on the open terrace of your house, or by the river where the spring breeze feels good...
Why not share a scene of you enjoying a meal along with the spring scenery?

Homemade lunchboxes made at your share house are welcome, and takeout from a nearby shop is also great! Even a bag of your favorite potato chips counts as a meal outside. If you take what you love and go outdoors, it becomes a special picnic.

・The photo must clearly show a meal being eaten outdoors.
・A specific story or your thoughts must be included.
・The photo must be taken by yourself.

■Eligible Participants
・People living in an Oakhouse property as of April 16th, 2026.
・People who have already moved out of an Oakhouse property but were living there as of March 16th, 2026.
*Residents living in Appartement type properties are also welcome to join, not just those in share houses.

■Selection Points
・Does it show both Spring Scenery and Sotomeshi (eating outside)?
Example: A lunchbox under cherry blossoms, or potato chips under the blue sky. Something that conveys the outdoor atmosphere.

・Do the photo and comment show your real experience?
Please tell us in your own words how delicious or good it felt, rather than using a photo found on the internet.

・Does it make people think "I want to go here!"?
Does it convey the reasons you recommend the place or the nice points of that location?

■Result Announcement
Results will be announced on the campaign page in the app and on the official website.
Winners will be contacted via message.

■Important Notes
・If people appear in the photo, please confirm with them that it is okay to use the photo for the campaign.
・Posts must be original photos. Photos that infringe on the copyrights of others will be invalid.
・If the content of the post is judged to be inappropriate, it may be excluded from the contest.
・Photos and nicknames of those who post may be introduced on the Oakhouse website, social media, and email newsletters. By posting a photo, you agree to its publication on these media.

・For residents living in Oakhouse properties where PAO cannot be used, a discount will be applied directly to the rent. Properties not managed directly by Oakhouse, such as referral properties, are not eligible.

Q. Can I use filters on the photos I post?
A. There is no problem with using filters or editing the photo. However, if excessive processing or the content of the photo does not convey the fun or atmosphere of the lunch, it may be excluded from selection.

Q. Can I post multiple times?
A. You can post multiple times. However, each person can only win a prize once, so there are no multiple awards.
