September is here, and summer is slowly coming to an end.
Before summer ends, is there something you still want to do?

→Have a BBQ with your housemates?
→Watch fireworks?
→Visit a summer festival?
→ Eat one last shaved ice?
→Enjoy a beautiful summer sunset?

This time, we want YOU to decide!
For our September photo contest, think of something you want to do before summer ends and complete the sentence:

“Before summer ends, I want to…!”
Then, share your idea together with a photo that captures it!

It doesn't have to be a big event or a special trip.
A simple moment with your housemates, a walk around your neighborhood, your favorite summer food, a beautiful sunset, or anything else that makes you think,
“I want to do this before summer ends!” is welcome.

Complete the “I want to…” part with your own idea!
For example:
“Before summer ends, I want to have one more BBQ with my housemates!”
“Before summer ends, I want to enjoy fireworks one more time!”

Selection Criteria：

We will look for photos and captions that clearly express what you want to do before summer ends.
“One Last Summer Moment”
Photos of beaches, pools, BBQs, fireworks, festivals, trips, summer food, and other summer activities are welcome.
“Fun Share House Vibe”
Photos showing housemates enjoying time together, including meals, parties, smiles, and everyday moments, are especially welcome.
“Your Own ‘I Want To…!’”
You don't need to attend a special event.
Scenery, food, sunsets, neighborhood walks, or everyday moments are all welcome as long as they express your own “Before summer ends, I want to…!” idea.

■ How to Participate

Open the Oakhouse App.
Post your photo to the Feed (Timeline).
Write your own “Before summer ends, I want to…!” sentence in your caption.
Include the hashtag #BeforeSummerEnds.
For example:
“Before summer ends, I want to have one more BBQ with my housemates!”
Then post it together with your BBQ photo!

Eligibility：
・Current residents living in an Oakhouse property as of September 16, 2026.
・Former residents who were living in an Oakhouse property as of September 16, 2026.
Residents of both sharehouses and apartment-style properties are welcome to join!
Important Notes
・Please make sure you have permission from anyone appearing in your photos before uploading.
・Submissions must be your own original photos. Photos that infringe on third-party copyrights will be disqualified.
・Posts deemed inappropriate may be excluded from the contest.
・Submitted photos and nicknames may be featured on Oakhouse’s official website, social media channels, email newsletters, etc. By entering the contest, you consent to your content being used in these media.
・For residents staying in properties where PAO points cannot be used, the prize amount will be applied directly as a rent discount. Properties not directly managed by Oakhouse, such as brokerage properties, are excluded.

Announcement of Winners：
Winners will be announced on the campaign page within the app and on the official website.
Winners will also be contacted directly via message.

Q. What can I write for “I want to…”?
A. Anything you want to do before summer ends!
It can be something typically associated with summer, such as going to the beach, having a BBQ, or watching fireworks. But it can also be something simple and personal, such as eating your favorite summer dessert, watching the sunset, taking a walk, or spending time with your housemates.

Q. Can I participate even if I didn't attend a summer event?
A. Absolutely!
You don't need to attend a big event or take a special trip. Your everyday moments can become your final summer memory. Think about something that makes you say, “I want to do this before summer ends!” and capture it in a photo.

Q. Can I submit a photo taken in September?
A. Yes! Photos taken on or after September 1, 2026 are eligible.
We want to see the summer moments you enjoy during the first half of September — and the things you still want to do before summer ends!

Q. Can I use filters on my photos?
A. Yes, using filters or editing photos is fine.
However, heavy edits or photos that fail to convey your “Before summer ends, I want to…!” idea may be excluded from evaluation.

Q. Can I post multiple times?
A. Yes, you can submit multiple posts.
For example, you could post “Before summer ends, I want to go to the beach!” and another post saying “Before summer ends, I want to have a BBQ with my housemates!”
However, prizes are limited to one per person, so multiple wins are not possible.

Q. Is it limited to one photo per post?
A. No. You can include multiple photos in a single post.
Feel free to combine photos that help express your “Before summer ends, I want to…!” idea.
However, each participant can only win one prize in total.
