Hello from Oakhouse!
Today, we would like to invite you to our house-viewing event and tea party at Social Residence Ichigao West (Kanagawa, Yokohama, Aoba-ku, Eda-Nishi 1-12-39) and North (Kanagawa, Yokohama, Aoba-ku, Eda-Kita 2-1-1)!

SR Ichigao West and North both opened on February 17th 2018. Both are on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi line, and closest to Ichigao station. Around the station are the Aoba-ku city hall and other convenient municipal offices, as well as parks. From Ichigao station you can get to Shibuya in 30 minutes--very convenient! Enjoy the spacious kitchen, and maybe even whip something up to take with you on a picnic in the park nearby. There's plenty to experience with a share house lifestyle, so come check it out!
SR Ichigao West has a theater room and Japanese-style co-working space, and North has 4 room types, a large bath, and a stone spa room!

To celebrate the opening, there will be a viewing event and tea party on March 3rd. We hope you come see the house and say hi!
