■How to apply
・Participate in an OAKHOUSE event and take a photo.
・Post the photo on the FEED( timeline) of the OAKHOUSE APP.
Please mention "#Event Photo Contest" in the post.
*Postings without "#Event Photo Contest" will not be eligible.

■Prizes
Grand Prix: 10,000 PAO points for rent discount (1 winner)
Runner-up: 5,000 rent discount points (2 winners)
Special Prize: 2,000 PAO rent discount points (5 winners)

*For those living in OAKHOUSE properties where PAO cannot be used, a discount will be given directly from the rent. Properties that are not directly managed by OAKHOUSE, such as agency properties, are not eligible.

Please make sure that you are okay to use people in your photos in the campaign postings.
Please make sure that the photo is original and not a copyright infringing photo. Photos that infringe on the copyrights of others will be invalid.
If a photo is deemed inappropriate, it may be disqualified from the contest.
Photos submitted for the campaign may be featured on the OAKHOUSE website, apps, social networking sites, etc. By submitting a photo, you agree to have it published in these media.

Q . Are events that I participated in before August 1, 2024 eligible?
A . No, they are not eligible; only events that take place between August 1, 2024 and August 31, 2024.

Q: Can I use filters on the photos I submit?
A: It is fine to apply filters and edits to your photos. However, if the photo is overly processed or the content of the photo does not convey the fun and atmosphere of the event, it may not be considered.

Q: Can I submit multiple photos of the same event?
A: You may submit multiple photos. However, each person will receive one prize and will not be eligible for multiple awards.
