参加者およびスタッフの募集を開始いたしましたので、ご連絡させていただきます！

★時間：運動会 11:00～16:00 / 懇親会17:00〜
★会場：六義公園運動場
★最寄駅：JR山手線駒込駅徒歩10分

★参加費：運動会1000円 / 運動会+懇親会 3000円
※懇親会は、駒込駅前の鳥貴族の貸切を予定。食べ飲み放題（通常価格3600円ですが、オークハウスが半額近く負担いたします）。
★含まれるもの：【運動会】保険料、お弁当、お水など／【懇親会】鳥貴族の食べ飲み放題2時間
★募集人数：約100人

On Saturday, May 11, OAKHOUSE will hold its first OAKHOUSE Sports Festival in 5 years at Rikugi Park Sports Ground (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo)!
Let's enjoy tug-of-war, ball toss, jump rope, and other activities as much as you like as a student!
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for participants and staff!

Late Feb to March 31st - OAKHOUSE Residents Priority.
April 1st to 15th~ Former OAKHOUSE Residents Applications Open
April 16th - Applications for outside applicants will be accepted.
*Applications will be closed as soon as we reach capacity, so please apply as soon as possible.

Outline of the event
Date: Saturday, May 11, 2024
Time: Sports Festival 11:00-16:00 / After Party 17:00-
Venue: Rikugi Park Sports Ground
Nearest station: 10-minute walk from Komagome Station on the JR Yamanote Line
Address: 6-16-10 Hon-Komagome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-0021
Participation Fee: Sports Day ¥1,000 / Sports Day + After Party ¥3,000
*After Party will be held at Torizoku in front of Komagome Station. All-you-can-eat and drink (regular price 3,600 yen but OAKHOUSE will pay about half of the price).
Included: [Sports Day] Insurance, box lunch, water, etc. / [Reception] All-you-can-eat and drink at Torikizoku for 2 hours
Participants: 100 people in total (including OAKHOUSE employees)
