★持ち物：BBQ用の食材、サンダル（川に入る場合）、水着（任意）
運営側で用意するもの：BBQ台、炭、着火剤、BBQ用紙皿、箸、紙コップ、トング、綿軍手、タープなどのBBQを実行するための道具。
★宿泊（希望者のみ）：宿泊を希望される方は、直接川井キャンプ場で宿泊予約してください。
※バンガローなどはかなり予約でいっぱいですが、テント泊はまだ空きがあるようです。

★注意事項：
①BBQ用のお肉、野菜、調理料などは含まれません。ご自身で持参ください。
②スーパーマーケットはキャンプ場付近にありません。事前に他でご用意ください。
③宿泊をご予約された場合でも、デイキャンプ利用料は別途必要になります。
④参加費は、ネットチケットをお買い求めください。（当日支払いの場合でもネットチケットになります。現金はお受けできません。どうしても現金での対応が必要な場合は、別途費用が発生する可能性があります。）
⑤雨天の場合も決行予定です。（台風など危険が予想される場合のみ中止）
⑥チケット購入後のキャンセルはできません。ご友人への譲渡は可能です。
⑦当イベントに参加するにあたって会場への往復路、及びイベント中や会場敷地内で起こった事故やケガにつきましては全てお客様ご自身の責任となります。保険には加入いたしますので、治療費については一部負担が可能かもしれません。その際は、別途ご相談ください。

SUMMER CAMP 2024 @ Kawai Campground

Summer Camp 2024 will be held on Saturday, August 3, at Kawai Campground in Okutama!
Now open to everyone, including those outside the OAKHOUSE.
Please invite OAKHOUSE residents, past residents, and friends from outside to join us.
We will also have a "social booth" this year, so even if you are attending alone, you can mingle with other participants.

★Participation fee: Early bird discount ① 1500 yen (30 tickets) / Early bird discount ② 1800 yen / Early bird discount ③ 2000 yen / Regular ticket 2500 yen
*Additional fee of +100 yen will be charged for payment at Peatix.
*Ticket sales schedule
　Early Bird Discount ① & ② June 15 - June 30 for existing residents only
　Early Bird ②: July 1 - July 10 Existing Residents + Past Residents
　Early Bird ③: July 10 - July 25 Existing Residents + Past Residents + Outside Residents
　Regular Tickets: July 25 -

Included: Day camp fee, BBQ equipment, drinks and various contents (sponsored by OAKHOUSE)
Not included: Food expenses (you need to bring your own food)
Capacity: 100 people (Once we reach capacity, we will close the application)
Bring: BBQ food, sandals (if entering the river), swimsuits (optional)
Things to be prepared by the operator: BBQ stand, charcoal, igniters, BBQ paper plates, chopsticks, paper cups, tongs, cotton gloves, tarp, and other tools for executing BBQ.
*Accommodation (for those who wish to stay overnight): If you wish to stay overnight, please make a reservation directly at Kawai Campground.
*Bungalows and other facilities are quite fully booked, but there are still some spaces available for tent stays.

(2) There are no supermarkets near the campground. Please bring your own food in advance.
(3) Even if you have reserved overnight accommodations, you will need to pay the day camp fee separately.
(4) Please purchase an online ticket for the participation fee. (Even if you pay on the day of the event, it will be an online ticket. Cash will not be accepted. If cash is absolutely necessary, an additional fee may be charged.)
(5) The event will be held even in case of rain. (The event will be canceled only in the case of anticipated danger such as typhoons.)
(6)Cancellation after ticket purchase is not allowed but you can sell it or give it to your friends.
(7)You will be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the way to and from the venue, during the event, or on the venue premises. We will take out insurance, so we may be able to cover some of your medical expenses. In that case, please contact us separately.
