パフォーマー、飲食提供者、エンタメブース（あたなの趣味）など、出店者募集中です！
2023年の春を思う存分、楽しみましょう！

★日程：2023.4.23（日）
★時間：11:00～17:00
★会場：ソーシャルレジデンス新百合ヶ丘
★参加費：1000円（出店で使える1000円分のチケット引き換えのため実質無料）
★最寄駅： 新百合ケ丘駅より徒歩13分

SR新百合ヶ丘での、春の音楽フェスティバル！飲食店あり、音楽あり、エンタメありの総合フェスティバル！
2023年最高の春にしよう！

【募集】
開催にあたり、下記募集いたします！

・ステージパフォーマー
特設ステージでのパフォーマンス（過去事例：バンド、ダンス、大道芸、DJ、ラップなど）
※1組15〜20分

・出店
参加者に得意の料理を振舞ってくれる方
物件単位で複数人で、交代制でやっていただいてもOKです！
（過去事例）たこ焼き、カレー、ガパオライス、スウィーツ、カクテルなど
※売上は出店者様へ全額還元
※万が一、材料費分を回収できなかった場合、オークハウスより負担あり（最大1万円まで）

・その他エンタメブース
あなたの得意なことで、ブース出店しませんか？
（過去事例）占い、将棋など
※ブース出店料無料。有料の場合、利益はそのまま出店者様へ還元

・ボランティアスタッフ
受付や案内などのボランティアスタッフも募集します♪
他のスタッフと協力しながら楽しみましょう！

Time: 11:00-17:00
Venue: Social Residence Shinyurigaoka
Participation Fee: 1000 yen (actually free of charge as you can exchange your ticket for 1000 yen that can be used at the stalls)
Nearest station: 13 minutes walk from Shin-Yurigaoka station

Spring Music Festival at SR Shinyurigaoka! A comprehensive festival with restaurants, music, and entertainment!
Let's make 2023 the best spring ever!

Call for Entries
We are looking for the following people for the festival!

Stage Performers
Performances on a special stage (past examples: bands, dance, street performance, DJ, rap, etc.)
15-20 minutes per group

Food stalls
Those who will serve their specialties to the participants.
Multiple people from each property can take turns doing this!
(Past examples: Takoyaki, curry, Gapao rice, sweets, cocktails, etc.)
*All sales will be returned to the vendor.
Oak House will bear the cost of materials (up to 10,000 yen) in the unlikely event that you are unable to recover the cost of materials.

Other entertainment booths
Why don't you open a booth with your specialty?
(Past examples: fortune-telling, chess, etc.)
There is no charge for opening a booth. If there is a fee, the profit will be returned to the booth owner.

Volunteer Staff
We are also looking for volunteer staff to help with reception, information, etc.
Let's have fun while cooperating with other staff members!
We will give out 2000 PAOs (depending on the content of the event).
