Applications for Summer Camp 2022 have been closed due to full capacity being reached.

After a three-year absence, Oakhouse will hold the Summer Camp 2022 on 6th Aug (Sat.).
"Summer Camp" is one of Oakhouse's major annual summer events, which includes playing in a clear stream, BBQ, games, watermelon splitting, and more.

100 people.
*Openings will be closed when the maximum number of participants is reached.

[Important: Participation Rules]
We will check your body temperature at the reception desk on the day of the event. 37 degrees Celsius or higher may not be allowed to participate in the event. Please understand this beforehand.
Please check your temperature on the day before the event at your own discretion.

[Fee]
1,000 yen (1,000 yen will be charged for latecomers as well)
This fee covers the cost of prizes (see below), equipment, and insurance in case of injury.
Please note that we will be filming for PR purposes on the day of the event.

[In case of rain]
At 5:00 AM on the day of the event, the Executive Committee will confirm whether or not the event will be held.
If the event is determined to be held, it will be held as is.

If it is determined that the event cannot be held due to heavy rainfall or rising water, We will inform you by the following methods.

Meanwhile, the event will be moved to Social Residence Haijima and will be held using the property's BBQ space and parking lot space.
*Please note that the scale of the event will be somewhat smaller. However, games and watermelon splitting will be held.
*If the event can be held in clear weather, nothing will be posted on the AppBox timeline.

[Items to be provided by Oakhouse.
BBQ stand, charcoal, igniters, BBQ paper plates, chopsticks, paper cups, inflatables, tongs, cotton gloves, tarp, and other equipment to execute BBQ.

[BBQ, foods, drinks]
Please bring your own BBQ meat, vegetables, and other ingredients, drinks, and seasonings.
※There is a convenience store near the station

[Games]
The game for the gorgeous food starts at 11:00 AM!
Please note that you will not be able to participate if you are late.　
Bingo, watermelon splitting, etc.! You may get gorgeous seafood!

[Beverages]
Please bring your own. There are vending machines in convenience stores in front of the station.

[River Play]
Please wear swimsuits if you wish to play in the river.
Oakhouse may or may not provide some play equipment such as floatation rings.
Please bring your own equipment if necessary.
Please bring a change of clothes and towels.

The river current is stronger in some parts of the river.
If you play in areas with strong currents or are found to be engaging in dangerous behavior, we would issue a strong warning!

Fireworks are not allowed.

[Cleanup】
We ask for your cooperation in cleaning up after the event.

August 4, 15:00 p.m.!
Please be on time for preparation and group insurance application.
If the maximum number of participants is reached by the deadline, the application will be closed on the spot.
