【概要】
★日程：2025.8.2（土）
★時間：10:00～15:00
★場所：秋川橋河川公園バーベキューランド（〒190-0152 東京都あきる野市留原８１３）
※JR武蔵五日市駅から徒歩約5分
★参加費：早割①1500円（30枚）／早割②2000円／早割③2500円／一般3000円
※Peatixでの支払いの場合、+100円の追加手数料が発生します。

　早割②　7月1日〜7月9日　 既存住人＋過去住人

含まれないもの：食材費（食材は各自持参になります。）
★定員：100人（定員に達しましたら、募集締め切りとさせていただきます。）
★持ち物：BBQ用の食材、サンダル（川に入る場合）、水着（任意）
運営側で用意するもの：BBQ台、炭、着火剤、BBQ用紙皿、箸、紙コップ、トング、綿軍手、タープなどのBBQを実行するための道具。

★注意事項：
①BBQ用のお肉、野菜、調理料などは含まれません。ご自身で持参ください。
②スーパーマーケットはキャンプ場付近にありません。事前に他でご用意ください。
③参加費は、必ずWEBチケットをお買い求めください。（当日対応/現金対応の予定はございません。イレギュラー対応発生の場合は、別途費用が発生する可能性があります。）
④雨天の場合も決行予定です。（台風など危険が予想される場合のみ中止/返金）
⑤チケット購入後のキャンセルはできません。ご友人への譲渡は可能です。譲渡希望時は、運営にご連絡ださい。
⑥当イベントに参加するにあたって会場への往復路、及びイベント中や会場敷地内で起こった事故やケガにつきましては全てお客様ご自身の責任となります。保険には加入いたしますので、治療費については一部負担が可能かもしれません。その際は、別途ご相談ください。
⑦お車で来る場合は、ご自身で周辺の駐車場など確保ください。

SUMMER CAMP 2025 @ Akikawabashi Riverside Park

Following last year’s success, we’re excited to host Summer Camp 2025 at Akikawabashi Riverside Park BBQ Land on Saturday, August 2nd!
Let’s enjoy a day of water fun in the clear stream and a delicious BBQ!

【Event Overview】
★ Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025
★ Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
★ Place: Akigawabashi Riverside Park BBQ Land
(813 Tomohara, Akiruno City, Tokyo 190-0152)
Approx. 5-minute walk from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station

★ Participation Fee:
Early Bird ①: ¥1,500 (30 tickets only)
Early Bird ②: ¥2,000
Early Bird ③: ¥2,500
General Admission: ¥3,000
*Note: A ¥100 handling fee will be added when purchasing through Peatix.

★ Ticket Sale Schedule:
Early Bird ①: June 20 – June 30 (For current residents only)
Early Bird ②: July 1 – July 9 (For current + former residents)
Early Bird ③: July 10 – July 20 (For current + former residents + external guests)
General: From July 21 (if tickets remain)

Included: Day camp site usage, BBQ equipment rental, drinks, and event activities (sponsored by OAKHOUSE)
Not included: Food ingredients (Please bring your own BBQ food.)

★ Capacity: 100 people (Registration will close once capacity is reached.)
★ What to Bring:
BBQ food
Sandals (for river use)
Swimsuit (optional)

BBQ Gear Provided by Organizers: Grill, charcoal, fire starters, paper plates, chopsticks, paper cups, tongs, cotton work gloves, tarp, and other essential BBQ tools.

【Important Notes】
1. BBQ food (meat, vegetables, seasoning, etc.) is not included. Please bring your own.
2. There are no supermarkets near the venue. Be sure to prepare in advance.
3. All participants must purchase a ticket online in advance. No same-day or cash payments will be accepted. If any exceptions occur, additional charges may apply.
4. The event will take place rain or shine. (Only canceled/refunded in case of dangerous weather such as typhoons.)
5. Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform the organizers if doing so.
6. Participants are responsible for their own safety during travel to/from the venue and during the event. While insurance will be provided, medical expenses may only be partially covered. Please consult us if needed.
7. If coming by car, please arrange your own parking in nearby lots.
