The earthquake that occurred on New Year's Day, 2024, caused great damage mainly in the Noto Peninsula, and we in the Kanto area wanted to plan an event using ingredients from Ishikawa Prefecture to see if there is anything we can do to help.
We hope that by purchasing foods produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, we can help support the recovery efforts, even if only a little.
This time, we will make Mont Blanc using sweet potatoes from Ishikawa's Kaga vegetables!
