1. Purpose of the Event
We are organizing a soba-making experience and an Indian-style curry soba tasting！
A craftsman who trained in Ginza and is now providing Japanese cuisine in Switzerland will give a special soba-making lecture during his visit to Japan! Along with soba, we will also prepare Indian-style curry, so you can enjoy a collaboration of Japanese and Indian cuisine.
If you are interested in share houses, we will also offer a room tour after the event.
