Yukata Fitting Event & Yukata Shopping Tour on Monday, August 11 (Public Holiday)

We’re excited to host a Yukata Fitting Event at Apartman Hirai on Monday, August 11 (public holiday).
Before the fitting event, we’ll also hold a Yukata Shopping Tour around lunchtime on the same day!
You don’t need to join the yukata fitting to participate in the shopping tour—it’s open to everyone!
*If you plan to join both the shopping tour and the fitting event, the participation fee for the fitting will be 1,400 yen.
This event is perfect for those who:
Want to practice dressing in their own yukata

Want to wear their favorite yukata to a summer festival or fireworks show

You’ll be able to browse and compare patterns, colors, and sizes in person, and since a professional yukata instructor will join the tour, you can also get helpful advice while you shop.
It’s a great chance to find a yukata that fits you perfectly—even if it’s your first time!

★ The shopping tour will take place at Mikasaya Kimono Shop, located near Keisei Funabashi Station.
As a reference, their usual prices are:
［Women's］
Yukata, obi (sash), and geta (sandals): around 1,000 yen each(Prices are approximate)
Waist cords (koshi-himo): set of 3 for less than 1,000 yen (Prices are approximate)

［Men's］
Yukata generally start in the 3,000 yen range, with polyester obi starting around 1,000 yen and cotton obi starting around 3,000 yen.

*Please note that payment at the store is cash only.

If you're joining the Yukata Fitting: Free
If you're joining the shopping tour only: 500 yen

Capacity: 10 participants (first come, first served)
Schedule:
12:00 – Meet at Keisei Funabashi Station, walk to the shop
12:10 – Yukata shopping (browse freely and try out different colors and patterns)
13:30– Leave the shop and disband (end time is approximate)
★If you're attending the Yukata Fitting afterward, you can go directly to Apartman Hirai with us, or meet us there by 15:00.
★You’re also welcome to take a rest at the property before the fitting starts.
