OAKHOUSE is launching a special campaign where you can receive PAO equivalent to the cost of a Christmas cake!
During the campaign period, if you hold a party inside an OAKHOUSE share house or at INQBAR (a free event space in Gotanda) and meet the conditions below, you will receive PAO as a gift.

■ How to Join
Step.1 The party organizer purchases a cake.

Step.2 Take a photo at the party with both the cake and the participants in the frame.

Step.3 Post the photo on the “Feed” of the OAKHOUSE App.

Step.5 Receive your PAO!

◆ Campaign / PAO Gift Conditions
・Party organizers (OAKHOUSE residents only) who hold a party inside an OAKHOUSE share house or at INQBAR between December 12 (Fri) and December 26 (Fri).
※Only OAKHOUSE residents may be organizers, but non-residents may join as participants.

・Cake cost will be reimbursed up to 500 PAO per participant.
※The PAO amount is fixed at 500 PAO per person, regardless of whether the cake price is lower or higher than 500 yen.
※For example, if you purchase a whole cake for 5,000 yen and have three participants, you will receive 1,500 PAO.
※The maximum PAO granted per party is 5,000 PAO, even if there are more than 10 participants.
※Participating with a homemade cake is also possible. The PAO payment criteria are the same as for purchased cakes.
※PAO will be granted collectively to the organizer in mid-January.
※For residents in properties where PAO cannot be used, the amount will be deducted from the February rent.

■ Notes
・Only cakes purchased between December 11 (Thu) and December 26 (Fri) are eligible.
・Since it is difficult to determine what was purchased from an invoice alone, please submit a receipt whenever possible.
If you can only obtain an invoice, please ensure the purchased item details are clearly written.
・Solo parties are not eligible.
・Each organizer can join the campaign once during the period.
・Photos posted on the Feed may be used on the OAKHOUSE website or social media. Thank you for your understanding.
