Summer is officially here! August in Japan means it is time for traditional summer staples like fireworks (hanabi) and summer festivals!
To celebrate, we are launching a special photo submission campaign to capture all your best summer memories—whether you're enjoying a lively event with housemates or taking in quiet summer moments on your own!
Not into fireworks? No problem! Whether it is giant firework displays, handheld sparklers, summer festivals, or just a cozy summer night spent at your share house, any photo that captures the spirit of "Summer Memories" is welcome!
Campaign Theme: "#SummerMemories"
We are looking for wonderful photos that express "Summer Memories" and the fun side of share house living—such as heading out to a festival in a yukata with friends, enjoying sparklers at a house party, capturing a serene close-up of a sparkler, or just enjoying a cool summer evening.
Selection Criteria
"Fun Share House Vibe": Photos showing housemates enjoying summer together, capturing friendly bonds and bright smiles.
"Summer Atmosphere": Beautiful photos of fireworks, festivals, or summer nights that make viewers instantly feel "Summer is here!"
"Creative / Expressive Shots": Group memory photos are great, but so are individual, artistic shots of sparklers or creative summer ideas! (Single-person submissions are very welcome!)

Open the Oakhouse App.
Post your photo to the Feed (Timeline).
Include the hashtags #夏の思い出（ナツノオモイデ） and #Summer Fireworks in your caption!

■ Eligibility
Current residents living in an Oakhouse property as of August 16, 2026.
Former residents who were still living in an Oakhouse property as of August 16, 2026.
Residents of both sharehouses and apartment-style properties are welcome to join!

■ Important Notes
Please make sure you have permission from anyone appearing in your photos before uploading.
Submissions must be your own original photos. Photos that infringe on third-party copyrights will be disqualified.
Posts deemed inappropriate may be excluded from the contest.
Submitted photos and nicknames may be featured on Oakhouse’s official website, social media channels, email newsletters, etc. By entering the contest, you consent to your content being used in these media.
For residents staying in properties where PAO points cannot be used, the prize amount will be applied directly as a rent discount. (Managed properties or third-party partner properties not directly managed by Oakhouse are excluded.)

■ Announcement of Winners
Winners will be announced on the campaign page within the app and on the official website. Winners will also be contacted directly via direct message.

Q&A
Q. Can I use filters on my photos?
A. Yes, using filters or editing photos is fine. However, heavy edits or photos that fail to convey the overall theme (summer memories and fun) may be excluded from evaluation.
Q. Can I post multiple times?
A. Yes, you can submit multiple photos. However, prizes are limited to one per person, so multiple wins are not possible.
Q. Is it limited to 1 photo per post?
A. You can include multiple photos in a single post. However, each participant can only win one prize in total.
