We are pleased to announce the 1st INQBAR Idea Award.

In April 2021, we opened INQBAR, an event space for the residents of Oak House.
The name "INQBAR" is derived from the words "incubation" and "bar," and is intended to be a hub for people to gather while fostering new activities and businesses.

We are now looking for proposals from tenants for innovative ways to use INQBAR and new event ideas.
The winner of the Grand Prix will receive an INQBAR fountain pen and PAO. We will also implement the content of the proposal at a later date. We are looking forward to receiving many interesting ideas.

There is a possibility that there will be a special prize.
