The Entrepreneurship Awards is a business competition sponsored by Oak House, Inc.
We look forward to receiving applications for business ideas that are unique, new, and profitable.

*Oak House, Inc. is a company that operates and manages share houses, but your business idea does not have to be related to share houses.

March 31 (Thursday)
Deadline for entry and submission of proposals and applications, by 23:59

■Prizes
Grand Prize: 300,000 yen (1 person)
Excellence Award: 100,000 yen (1 person)

Honorable Mention Award: 30,000 yen (3 winners)

■Awards (Grand Prize and Excellence Award)
(1) Widely publicize your business idea
You can send your idea to about 4,000 Oak House tenants (total number of tenants is about 50,000). We will also publish a special page on the official Oak House website (with a monthly PV of approximately 400,000).

(2)You can use the share house as an office.
You can move into a share house rent free for 3 months.
*However, the target properties will be determined by us. The target properties will be released in the near future.

(3) Participate in the community
In addition to running various share houses and events, Oak House is planning to open a space for socializing in the Metaverse space. You may find a friend to build a business with.


■Details of recruitment
The theme is open to all, but we are looking for business ideas that are unique, new, and profitable.

■Submissions (all applicants) by March 31
(1) Proposal (A4 size, 1 to 4 horizontal slides)
*The proposal will be posted on the special page for web voting.
PDF file format

(2) Profile (photo, personal history, self-promotion)
Any file format is acceptable.

■Submissions (by April 7 for those who passed the first round)
(3) Images for Instagram (1 to 10 images)
Post them on the Instagram account managed by Oak House and tally the number of Likes! will be counted.
File format: A format that can be posted on Instagram

We will contact you about the results of the preliminary screening by 4/5.

4/8 (Fri.) 19:00
Presentation by the applicants who passed the preliminary screening & web voting period starts
→Voting will be conducted on the special page and on the Instagram account managed by Oak House.
(Venue: 4-3-1 Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo)
The number of web votes will be used in the judging process, but the number of votes itself will not determine the winners.
The decision will be made based on a comprehensive review of the proposal, presentation, and number of web votes.
