内容：お住まいの物件や住人さんをアピールする動画
時間：1分以内
賞金：1位 50,000円
　　　2位10,000円
　　　3位 5,000円
　　　4位以降全てのチームに1,000円
審査方法：下記の3項目、計25ポイントにて決定。

①視聴者投票（5点：1位、4点：2位、３点：3位、2点：4位、1点：5位以下）
②参加人数（5点：20人以上、4点：10〜20人、3点：5〜10人、2点：3〜5人、1点：1〜2人）
③仲良さ度（1〜5点）
④物件アピール度（1〜5点）
⑤動画クオリティ（1〜5点）
※③〜⑤は、OAKHOUSE認定審査員による採点

・本動画はSNSなどにアップされる可能性があります。顔出しNGの方は、お顔を隠してご出演ください。
・動画は自由に編集したものを応募いただいて構いません。
・SR成田のクリスマスDJパーティにて視聴者投票を行います。
・賞金は、全て換金可能PAOを代表者様に付与させていただきます。
・代表者様が賞金を受け取りの上、ハウスでのパーティに使うか、他の出演者さんと分けていただくか、自由にお決めください。
・大型物件だけではなく、中小型物件、街中の戸建物件、関西の物件も大歓迎です。
物件の魅力は、設備だけではありません。BESTであるポイントはその撮影者/編集者が決めるものであり、審査員もそれをBESTと感じたら「オークハウス上野北」や「Akari-ya」のような旧家屋物件も勝てる可能性は充分にあります。
また、「物件の魅力＝仲間」と表現するもよし、ショートドラマにするのもよしです。
・応募動画は、賞金と引き換えにオークハウス側で買取とさせていただき、PRなどで利用する可能性がございます。（応募者、出演者側もSNSなどで自由にアップしていただけます。）

Short Video Contest -Which Residence is the Best!?

The BEST Residence Grand Prix! The "Which Residence is the Best!" is a competition to determine the best OAKHOUSE property in Japan, based on videos shot by residents of each property.
Please submit a short video of your property with your appeal points.
The prize money for the winner is a whopping 50,000 yen!
Which property will be the BEST property in 2023?

Outline
Content: A video that appeals to the residents and the property they live in.
Duration: 1 minute or less
Prize money: 1st place 50,000 yen
　　　2nd place: 10,000 yen
　　　3rd place: 5,000 yen
　　　1,000 yen for all teams after 4th place
Judging method: 25 points will be awarded for the following three categories

1) Viewer votes (5 points: 1st place, 4 points: 2nd place, 3 points: 3rd place, 2 points: 4th place, 1 point: 5th place and below)
2) Number of participants (5 points: 20 or more, 4 points: 10 to 20, 3 points: 5 to 10, 2 points: 3 to 5, 1 point: 1 to 2)
(3) Degree of friendliness (1-5 points)
4) Property appeal (1-5 points)
(5) Video quality (1-5 points)
(*3) to (5) will be scored by OAKHOUSE certified judges.

Winner will be chosen on Saturday, December 16 at the Christmas DJ party at SR Narita.

This video may be uploaded on social networking sites. If you do not wish to show your face, please hide your face in the video.
Viewer voting will be held at the SR Narita Christmas DJ party.
All prize money will be given to the winner in PAOs.
The representative will receive the prize money and can decide whether to use it for the party at the house or to share it with other performers.
We welcome not only large properties, but also small and medium-sized properties, detached houses in town, and properties in the Kansai area.
The attractiveness of a property is not only its facilities; the point of being the BEST is decided by its photographer/editor, and if the judges also feel it is the BEST, there is a good chance that an old house property like "Oak House Ueno Kita" or "Akari-ya" can win.
You can also express "the charm of the property = friends" or make it into a short drama.
The submitted video will be purchased by OakHouse in exchange for the prize money, and may be used for PR purposes. (Entrants and performers are also free to upload their videos on social networking sites, etc.)
