📍 Location & Logistics
Takatsuki is a commuter's dream. If you hop on the JR Special Rapid:
To Osaka (Umeda): 15 minutes 🚄
To Kyoto Station: 12 minutes 🚄
The Vibe: Everything you need is at the station—Hankyu Department Store and the massive "Takatsuki Center-street" shopping arcade.
🏠 About GRAN Takatsuki
A modern, 3-floor building with 40 rooms and shared spaces.
The Rooms: ~15sqm, semi-double beds, private balconies, and fridges. (Pro-tip: Bring some extra storage organizers!)
Rent: Starting around ¥65,000 + ¥20,000 utilities (varies by sunlight/floor).
The Perks: A bright designer lounge, a fully loaded kitchen (with an ice machine! 🧊), an on-site Gym, and a dedicated Coworking Zone with actually comfortable chairs.
🌳 The Neighborhood
Just a short walk away is Ama Site Park—a massive, newly opened green space. It’s got cafes, craft markets, and plenty of space to vibe out. You won't find a park this big in Tokyo without a massive price tag!
