8月5日（土）に、奥多摩の川井キャンプ場で、サマーキャンプ2023を開催します！
清流での水遊び、BBQ、その他ゲーム大会やスイカ割りなどしながら楽しみましょう！

【概要】
★日程：2023.8.5（土）
★時間：9:30～15:00
★場所：川井キャンプ場（〒198-0103　東京都西多摩郡奥多摩町梅沢187）

★参加費：早割1800円（先着30枚）SOLD OUT／前払2000円／通常2500円
含まれるもの：デイキャンプ利用料、BBQ設備費、ドリンク類（OAKHOUSE協賛）
含まれないもの：食材費（食材は各自持参になります。）
★定員：100人（定員に達しましたら、募集締め切りとさせていただきます。）
★持ち物：BBQ用の食材、サンダル（川に入る場合）、水着（任意）
運営側で用意するもの：BBQ台、炭、着火剤、BBQ用紙皿、箸、紙コップ、トング、綿軍手、タープなどのBBQを実行するための道具。

★宿泊（希望者のみ）：宿泊を希望される方は、直接川井キャンプ場で宿泊予約してください。
※テント泊、バンガロー、コテージ等あり、1人約2500円〜から宿泊可能です。（人数によります）
物件のお友達何人かで借りると値段も安く、オススメです。

★注意事項：
①BBQ用のお肉、野菜、調理料などは含まれません。ご自身で持参ください。
②スーパーマーケットはキャンプ場付近にありません。事前に他でご用意ください
③宿泊をご予約された場合でも、デイキャンプ利用料は別途必要になります。
④参加費は、ネットチケットをお買い求めください。（当日支払いの場合でもネットチケットになります。現金はお受けできません。どうしても現金での対応が必要な場合は、別途費用が発生する可能性があります。）
⑤雨天の場合も決行予定です。（台風など危険が予想される場合のみ中止）
⑥チケット購入後のキャンセルはできません。ご友人への譲渡は可能です。

Summer Camp 2023 will be held on Saturday, August 5 at Kawai Campground in Okutama!
Let's have fun while playing in the clear water, BBQ, other game tournaments, watermelon splitting, etc!

【Outline】
★Date: August 5, 2023 (Saturday)
★Time: 9:30-15:00
★Location: Kawai Campsite (187 Umezawa, Okutama-cho, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo 198-0103)

*7 min. walk from JR Kawai Sta.
★Participation fee: 1800yen(early bird discount_ only first 30tickets) SOLD OUT/2000yen (advance) / 2500 yen on the day
Included: Day camp fee, BBQ equipment fee, drinks (sponsored by OAKHOUSE)
Not included: Food (you need to bring your own food)
★Capacity: 100 people (Once we reach capacity, we will close the application)
★Bring: BBQ food, sandals (if entering the river), swimsuits (optional)
Things to be prepared by the organizer: BBQ stand, charcoal, igniters, BBQ paper plates, chopsticks, paper cups, tongs, cotton gloves, tarp, and other tools for BBQ.

★Accommodation (for those who wish to stay overnight): If you wish to stay overnight, please make a reservation directly at Kawai Campground.
*Tent lodging, bungalows, cottages, etc. are available, starting from about 2,500 yen per person. (Depending on the number of people)
*We recommend renting with a few friends from the property for a lower price.

★Precautions:
(1) BBQ meat, vegetables, cooking materials, etc. are not included. Please bring your own.
(2) There are no supermarkets near the campground. Please make your own arrangements in advance.
(3) Day camp fee is required even if you have reserved overnight stay.
(4) Please purchase an online ticket for the participation fee (even if you pay on the day of the event, you will still need to purchase an online ticket. Cash will not be accepted. If cash is absolutely necessary, an additional fee may be charged.
(5) The event will be held even in case of rain. (The event will be cancelled only in case of typhoon or other danger.)
(6) We cannot refund after you purchase the ticket. But you can give to your friend.
