・We will take photos during the event and plan to post them on official social media, etc.Please note this in advance.
・Participants in the exchange presents, please bring a present valued around ¥1,000.
・Attendees, please arrive at the venue on time.
・The event will conclude at 8:30PM. Your cooperation in cleaning up is appreciated.
・Guests from other shared houses or friends are welcome to stay until 10:00PM.
　Please refrain from overnight stays without prior approval.
・After the event, please keep noise to a minimum in the common areas.
