■ About the House Tour:
We are hosting a property tour of the popular APPARTEMENT Mabashi, which opened in the summer of 2024.
Oakhouse staff will guide you through the common areas, giving you a chance to experience what life is like in a large share house.
Even if you do not have any immediate moving plans, feel free to join and explore the atmosphere of a share house.

APPARTEMENT Mabashi is a share house with private rooms that include a toilet and washbasin, located just a 10-minute walk from Mabashi Station.
It is perfect for those who value privacy but also want opportunities to connect with others.
The property also offers excellent shared facilities, including a fitness gym and a working space, making it ideal for those working remotely.
With convenient access to major areas, it takes only 18 minutes to Kita-Senju Station and 34 minutes to Otemachi Station via the Joban Line and Chiyoda Line.
