Hello from Oakhouse!
Today we would like to tell you about an advance house viewing at Social Residence Academia Yokohama (Kanagawa, Yokohama, Tsurumi-ku, Higashi-Terao 5-9-17)!
The 1st in our Academia series of Oakhouse share houses opens in Yokohama, along the Keikyu line on July 15th, 2018!

With a co-working and co-learning space, as well as wifi, you can easily work or study in the house. The house is also outfitted with a large Japanese-style bath, fitness gym, theater room, and barbecue space. As an additional option, you can rent storage space (5,000 yen per month), and all rooms have a desk with an LED desklight where you can easily charge your phone! The furniture is in an antique-style for a high-class atmosphere.

The house is a 15-minute walk from Namagome station on the Keikyu line, and there are many buses, as well as access to JR Keihin Tohoku line Tsurumi station and Tokyu Toyoko line Kikuna station. There is a convenience store 2 minutes away, a family restaurant 1 minute away, a hardware store 4 minutes away, plus a Starbucks and Bikkuri Donki within biking distance.
