OAKHOUSE is excited to announce that we will be opening a new share house after renovating a newly purchased property in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture!
Before the renovation begins, we are holding a public naming contest for the new share house.
This contest is open to not only current OAKHOUSE residents but also to non-residents. The winner will receive 50,000 PAO once the name is selected. We look forward to receiving your great ideas and votes!

New Share House Naming Contest
Name Submission Period: From Friday, April 4th to Sunday, April 13th, 23:59
Voting Period: From Monday, April 14th to Sunday, April 20th, 23:59
Prizes:
Grand Prize: 50,000 PAO x 1 winner
Most Votes Prize: 5,000 PAO x 1 winner
Note: If the prize is won by a person residing in a property that accepts PAO, cash conversion is not allowed. If the winner is from a property that does not accept PAO or is a non-resident, cash conversion is possible.

Property Details
・Located within a 6-minute walk from Ichikawa Station in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture
・Medium-sized property with a capacity for 40 residents
・Four floors, from basement level 1 to floor 3
・The main shared spaces in the share house will include a lounge, large kitchen, and Multi Space
・Photos of the property and more will be posted periodically on the event page of the OAKHOUSE app, so please check them if you're interested


◆Public Call for Property Names
・Each participant may submit up to two name suggestions.
・Submitted names must be original and unpublished.
・If multiple submissions have the same name, the reward will be shared among the participants who submitted the name.
・Submitted names may not necessarily be selected.
・All rights (including copyrights) related to the submitted names will belong to OAKHOUSE.
・The chosen name may be used as the permanent name for the share house.


◆Criteria for creating property name
・The name must be 30 characters or fewer (can be in English, Hiragana, or Katakana).
・The name must include one of the following: "Ichikawa," "ICHIKAWA," "いちかわ."
・You cannot suggest names already used by OAKHOUSE (such as “Social Residence” or “Gran”).
・Please avoid naming the property by adding to existing property names (e.g., "Ichikawa Burg II").
・The organizers may, at their discretion, make minor adjustments to submitted names, such as converting characters (e.g., changing from Hiragana to Kanji or from Alphabet to Hiragana), and such changes will still be treated as the selected name.


◆Voting Instructions
・Each person may cast one vote.
・If multiple votes from the same person are detected, only the first vote will be counted.
