We’re holding a badminton tournament at Fussa City Central Gym!
Beginners are very welcome, so let’s have fun, sweat a little, and refresh together!
After the tournament, we’ll have a Pizza Party at Tamagawa Central Park（https://www.oakhouse.jp/eng/event/1384）.
We look forward to your participation!
※ Those who join the badminton tournament can join the pizza party for free!


■Operation Format
There will be two courts:
1.Tournament Court
2. Free Play Court

We will run both a casual play area and a competitive tournament at the same time so everyone can enjoy in their own way.

* Tournament (singles) registration will start at 11:50 AM on the day.
Limited to the first 15 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to join, please arrive early.
* A prize will be awarded to the winner!

Pizza Party: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

■Participation Fee
500 yen (includes Pizza Party)
*Please prepare the exact amount if possible.

■Rules
* Singles tournament, 7-point matches (tentative), no deuce
* Handicap system to balance different skill levels
Starting points:
Experienced Men: 0 points
Inexperienced Men: 1 point
Experienced Women: 1 point
Inexperienced Women: 2 points
*Experienced = played in a club from junior high school and up, or after becoming an adult

■Tentative Schedule
11:50 AM – 12:10 PM: Check-in and preparation
12:10 PM – 12:30 PM: Opening ceremony and warm-up
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Rally practice
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Court 1 - Tournament / Court 2 - Free play
2:30 PM – 2:50 PM: Clean-up
2:50 PM – 3:00 PM: Closing ceremony
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Move to Tamagawa Chuo Park ・Preparation
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Pizza Party @ Tamagawa Chuo Park

■What to Bring
Comfortable sportswear / Indoor shoes / Towel / Drink / Racket (optional)
*Rackets and shuttlecocks are available for rent.
