Halloween Party at Oakhouse Kyoto Kawaramachi
We are excited to announce a Halloween event at Oakhouse Kyoto Kawaramachi.
Participation fee is ¥1,000, but only ¥500 for those wearing Halloween costumes.
This is a rare large-scale event in the Kyoto area, offering a great opportunity to connect with fellow residents from your house and neighborhood.
Residents from other Oakhouse properties and non-residents are also welcome.
Feel free to invite your friends and join us.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided by Oakhouse.
If you wish to participate in the costume contest, please arrive by 17:00.
You will not be able to join the contest after registration closes.

16:45 – Reception
17:00 – Start
17:30 – Opening remarks, toast, MG introduction
18:00 – Social time and costume contest begins
18:10 – PR time and photo session
18:40 – PR time ends, social time resumes
19:00 – Voting
19:30 – Results announcement and cleanup
20:00 – Event ends
