Happy New Year! To celebrate the beginning of the new year, Oakhouse has organized a small New Year's party where residents can relax and spend time together.

The venue will be the lounge inside the 1st-floor share house. This area is usually only for share house residents, but apartment residents can specially enter the area during this event.

Whether you live in an apartment or the share house, why not take this chance to make new friends?

If you are worried about joining for the first time, our staff will be there to help, so please feel free to talk to us. We will support you so that everyone can have a relaxing time.

Who can join: Grand Nishiazabu residents only
*We welcome residents from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors as well as those living on the 1st floor!

Fee: 500 yen (Free if you register through the app!)
Food: Light snacks provided
*Oakhouse will prepare simple snacks. Bringing your own food, drinks, or sweets to share is very welcome!
