Dear Oakhouse Residents,
To celebrate the New Year and to say thank you for being part of the Oakhouse community, we are excited to launch our Happy New Year Photo Contest!
Why not share your favorite moment from your share house life in 2026?
Whether it’s a New Year memory, a casual day with housemates, a fun event, or a small moment that made you smile — all themes are welcome.
Participants will be entered into a lucky draw to win 10,000 PAO, which can be used as a rent discount.
Your photo might even inspire someone who is about to start their own share house journey.
Let’s kick off the new year together — we look forward to seeing your amazing photos!

• Add a short comment and include the hashtag #NewYear2026
Posts without the hashtag #NewYear2026 will not be eligible.
Photos must have been taken between Jan 1, 2026 Feb 15, 2026.

■Who can join
Those living in an Oakhouse property as of December 31st, 2025.
Residents of Appartement type properties are also welcome to join, not just share houses.

■Prizes
Grand Prize: 10,000 PAO points for rent discount (1 person)
Runner-up Prize: 5,000 PAO points for rent discount (2 people)
Special Prize: 2,000 PAO points for rent discount (5 people)

*If you live in an Oakhouse property where PAO cannot be used, we will apply the discount directly to your rent. Properties not directly managed by Oakhouse, such as referral properties, are not eligible.

■Result Announcement
Results will be announced on the campaign page in the app and on the official website.
Winners will be contacted via message.

■Notes
・Please make sure to get permission from people in the photo before posting for the campaign.
・Posts must be original photos. Photos that infringe on the copyrights of others will be invalid.
・If the post content is judged as inappropriate, it may be excluded from the contest.
・Photos and nicknames of the posters may be introduced on the Oakhouse website, SNS, and email newsletters. By posting a photo, you agree to its publication on these media.

Q&A
Q. Can I use filters on the photos I post?
A. There is no problem with using filters or editing photos. However, if there is excessive processing or if the photo does not convey the fun and atmosphere of the event, it may be excluded from selection.

Q. Can I post more than once?
A. Yes, feel free to post as many times as you like! However, please note that there is a limit of one prize per person.

Q. Is it limited to one photo per post?
A. You can include multiple photos. Please note, however, that winning is limited to once per person, regardless of how many photos or posts you share.
