“Speak More Like a Native” Japanese Conversation Practice Event

When you reach an advanced level, have you ever felt that there are surprisingly few chances to improve your Japanese even more?

You may understand grammar and vocabulary, but many learners feel that they want to:
“speak more naturally like Japanese people”
“make conversations flow more smoothly”

This event is an advanced free talk event for Japanese learners who are JLPT N2 level or higher.
We will talk freely together about recent events, daily life topics, and other themes while the teacher facilitates the conversation.

At the event, we will give you a handout that includes helpful vocabulary, phrases, and conversation topics.
Using this handout as a guide, you will practice speaking Japanese in a natural way.
We will also practice important parts of Japanese conversation, such as
how to use backchannel responses
conversation manners
how to use fillers such as “えーと” and “あのー”
You will learn these naturally while having real conversations.

In addition, we will prepare several conversation situations and do activities where you practice speaking based on those situations.
A native Japanese teacher will carefully support you so that you can enjoy speaking Japanese with confidence.

Through this event, you will learn useful tips to speak Japanese more naturally like native speakers.
Let’s relax and enjoy speaking a lot of Japanese together.
