Join us for a fun-filled BBQ experience surrounded by nature in Akikawa! ✨
Enjoy delicious food, great conversations, outdoor activities, and make new friends in a beautiful riverside setting.

Whether you come with friends or join by yourself, everyone is welcome! ?

We are also planning fun activities for everyone to enjoy, including a traditional Japanese Suikawari (watermelon splitting game) and a BBQ ingredient bingo game!

We are planning fun activities such as a traditional Japanese watermelon splitting game (Suikawari) and a BBQ ingredient bingo game!
※BBQ ingredients (meat, vegetables, seasonings, etc.) are not included. Please bring your own.

Provided by Oakhouse
We will prepare BBQ equipment including:
BBQ grills, charcoal, fire starters, paper plates, chopsticks, paper cups, tongs, work gloves, tents/tarps, and other necessary BBQ supplies.
We are also planning fun activities that everyone can enjoy together!

【Event Support Member Recruitment】
We are looking for up to 10 support members from current Oakhouse residents to help ensure the smooth operation of the event!

On the event day, support members will work together with the Oakhouse team to assist with preparation, event operations, and clean-up.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the event while connecting with other participants and helping create a memorable experience! ✨

Free Admission + 5,000 PAO Reward (Transportation costs included.)
※For properties where PAO cannot be used, the reward will be applied as a discount on your rent.

Main Support Tasks
・Venue preparation
・Preparation of BBQ equipment and supplies
・Support during the event
・Clean-up and closing tasks
・Other event-related assistance

⚠️ Important Notes
・BBQ ingredients are not included, so please prepare your own in advance.
・There are no supermarkets near the venue. Please purchase any necessary items beforehand.
・Participation requires purchasing a ticket in advance through Peatix.
・The event will be held rain or shine. Any changes regarding the event will be announced by 6:00 PM on Friday, September 11. If the event is canceled due to severe weather or other conditions that make it unsafe to proceed (such as a typhoon), all participation fees will be fully refunded.
・Tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Ticket transfers to friends are allowed. Please contact the event organizers if you wish to transfer your ticket.
・Participants are responsible for their own safety during travel, at the venue, and throughout the event.
・If you come by car, please arrange your own parking near the venue.
