Hello everyone!
Social Residence Fussa is a new house opening a 15-minute walk from JR Fussa station, with 164 rooms along the Tamagawa river! It has a theater room, music studio, large Japanese-style bath... and plenty more! Oakhouse always tries to do our best to support your share house life. It also has a wood deck and a co-working space, perfect if you're a freelancer!

In advance of the opening date of February 1st, we will be holding 2 special advance open house events on Saturday, January 27th, and Sunday, January 28th. We hope to see you there and share with you what makes this house so great!

◎Introduce somebody to Social Residence Fussa and if they sign a contract, get 30,000 PAO points as an introduction fee! (30,000 yen for non-residents). Contact us for details!

★Time: 2 events per day, from 11 AM and 15 PM, 2 hours each
★Place: Social Residence Fussa
★Meeting place: JR Ome line, Fussa station west exit (we will pick you up by car)
★Attendance: free

*Some facilities may not be completely finished by the event.
*Please consult if you would like to transfer to SR Fussa from another Oakhouse share house.
-100 people can receive a special opening discount rent price.
