Social Residence Shakujii Koen has just opened, a large share house with 60 rooms just a 12-minute walk from Shakujii Koen station on the Seibu Ikebukuro line!

SR Shakujii Koen has many great facilities, like a multi-purpose studio where you can enjoy movies and music, a study room, gym, jacuzzi,and more!
The lounge has furniture made just for this house, with a chic and relaxing design.
Great location, great facilities--SR Shakujii Koen could be the perfect house for you!

Since it opened on January 15th, we have had many inquiries about the house, so we will be holding an open house event so you can come see for yourself!

◎Also, if you move in as a new resident now, you won't have to pay the contract fee! Ask us for more details.
