Near Chiba New Town Chuo station is the Manai no yu natural hot springs. It is a sodium chloride spring that wells up from 1500m underground, and it is very relaxing to bathe in. There are many different bathing styles available too. There is a game corner for children to enjoy as well. It operates every day, closing at midnight, and they also have a restaurant, so it is a great place to spend time.
