What is INQBAR?
INQBAR is an event space for Oak House residents to freely use.
At Oak House, we value socializing more than anything else in our lives.
We have opened an event space in Gotanda as a place where everyone can enjoy meeting and socializing.
The name "INQBAR" comes from "incubation" and "bar".
It is meant to be a hub where people gather while fostering new activities and businesses.

Business Hours
The maximum time available is 4 hours, including preparation and clean-up.
As a rule, the available hours are from 10:00 to 20:00.
Please contact us at least two weeks prior to the date you wish to use the room.
*Some days may not be available, so please contact us first.
Fees
There is no charge for the use of the venue, as long as the event is enjoyable for the residents of Oak House.

Samurai Café OPEN! A New Social Hub for Residents
We are excited to announce the opening of Samurai Café, a brand-new event space inside Gotanda INQBAR!
Centered around a newly installed bar table, this space serves as a casual gathering spot where everyone can easily meet, relax, and enjoy conversations.
Samurai Café is more than just a space—it’s a place where residents can chat freely, make new friends, and build connections. It also provides opportunities to interact with residents from different properties, helping to create a wider and more diverse community.

Event Report
On July 23, we held an event called "Let's Talk with People from Other Houses! event was held on July 23.
A total of 15 people from 5 Oak House share houses and outside share house residents came and had a great time!
10/17 Travel Lover's Networking Party was held! Travel, the "T" pose of Travel. LOL!
